Acuity Portal Release Highlights R1 2024

New feature to include cloud attachments (URL)

In addition to PDF attachments from Sage X3, it is now possible to include cloud attachments in the Acuity Portal using a URL.

Opayo integration for Sage Intacct

A new connector for Sage Intacct has been added in this version of the Acuity Portal. This enables users to utilise Opayo Pay Now functionality.

Blank page

Previously, a blank page would appear when no data was passed to the Acuity Portal. This issue has been resolved, and an error message will now be displayed instead.

Filter by dates

There was a bug that prevented users from searching for documents by date. This bug has been fixed, and users can now search for documents based on their dates.

Character encoding in show more option

Previously, some double byte characters were not displaying correctly when added to the “Show more” option. This issue has been resolved, and these characters will now be displayed as expected.

Browser refresh bug

Refreshing data using the browser’s Refresh button used to clear the session. We have implemented additional processes to address this issue and prevent session clearing during data refreshes.

Platform improvements

In addition to the specific changes mentioned above, various improvements have been made throughout the system aimed at increasing speed and optimising the data layer.
